I cant advance passed 1190. Even though I win this level, it will not show level 1191.

I've beaten 1190 many times, but for some reason it will not advance me to level 1191. I've tried changing browsers, clearing cookies, all the things KING told me to do in an email response when I asked them what to do. Nothing works. It used to ask me to ask friends to help when you crossed into the next level, but it hasnt done that in a very long time. Now its no longer an option. I dont know what else to do. In an attempt to see what happens, I keep playing 1190 and winning it, just in case I missed something the last time. But nope. Nothing..
There is like a circus tent thats next, but clicking on it does nothing. It even shows me as #4 on the left status bar, so it knows I've passed that level..
I am on a laptop, no tablet or phone.
Please help!

If you're stuck by the train, you have to wait for the new levels to be released. New level updates come out every Wednesday. Good luck !!
