Please i cant ask lives from my friends

I am connected with Facebook.  When in want to go to a next level and want to ask friends for help, the pop up apears andere tells me i am not connected with Facebook.   I am stucked nog

Greetings. I went through the steps but these haven't solved the issue. the problem my mother is experiencing doesnt have to do with the game not loading or crashing, but with an in game option to ask other facebook friends for lives (Via teh pink heart). while she doesnt experience any problems when asking old friends, asking a bunch of friends including a new one, (or the new friend alone) gives the message 'failed Making connection to facebook has failed' (translated from teh dutch in teh following screenshot. https://gyazo.com/d102f45391856c96bd2c1f397d45be13 I'm not sure if this just has to do something with recently added friends ( other things do work when sending to them though) or that it might have soemthign to do with playing Candy crush from multiple devices. ( I've alse checkend and deleted and reinstalled and resynchronised this, and all is still the same)Please let us know if you have/know of any other options available to try!Kind Regards,Joke and daughter.
