I have lost all my boosters in Candy Crush Saga

all the boosters, colour bombs, fish, striped and wrapped etc. That I had collected have disappeared. Any ideas?

Mine also lost. I have around 150 Colour bombs. But all lost now. Not sure how to recover it.

It is the second time, it happened.

Boosters are saved directly in your device's memory, which always allows you to use them while playing offline. However, as they are saved directly to your device, sometimes by deleting and reinstalling the game or with an update of either your device's operating system or of the game itself, then the boosters can, unfortunately, be lost.

The King always replace any purchased items that you have lost but as all free items awarded in the game are ''Non refundable, transferable, exchangeable and cannot be used in any other game," they generally do not compensate any free boosters that may have been lost.

This means I should not install the recent updates... I don't know how it is getting justified.

We collected and saved the boosters to use where required. Then ideally I should not collect any boosters either by watching ads / other means. Now-a-days updates are frequent for the App.

All of my consecutive wins, lives, rewards are gone with this update. Saying goodbye to candy crush! 🤬😡
