Level 1710; Hundreds of free lives/msgs gone!

Did not disconnect or lose connection with FB, even when I have been off wifi in the past it never took my messages before. Also it says I've used 5 lives when I've only used 3! I have worked hard and been dedicated to this. This is the only game I play, and have helped many people when they get stuck and decide to give up and delete. I want this fixed asap and be able to speak with someone. I'm mad enough to delete it, and not play any games. Please do not try to blame me and say it was an error on my end because it was not.

    Hello Rachel,

    Thank you for posting.

    I have checked your Candy Crush account and your progress is safe. It is still showing as level 1710.

    The only thing you should need to do is to reconnect to this account.

    To reconnect with Facebook please make sure first that you are logged in to the right account within the Facebook app and also your browser. Then on the home screen for Candy Crush. Tap to connect.
