Hi,

I wanted to update iPad and to make sure i didn't lose levels on Candy Crush, I connected with my Facebook account (as recommended on several websites and forums). But then all levels disappeared and now i have to start back on level 0! I tried recovering the levels with my email address, but it always says "no account found for email". Could it i played without signing in? And if it is possible, how can I recover levels? I also don't have game ID number, and I don't know where I could find it? Would it be the same as the ID before I connected with Facebook? I was at high level (in the 526s I think) and played for years, it would really be sad if i lost everything! Can you please help me?
