I won level 2575 but it froze up

As the level was finalizing the candies stopped dropping eventhough the motion on the frog and color bomb were normal. I had to restart my game to be able to play again but my victory was not recorded. My software is up to date. I would appreciate it if i'd receive the credit for the win. Thank you
