Lost boosters and will lose hats

I 'm on level three of the magic hats.  In level 2579, I was buying more lollipops(3 for 19 gold coins) and the program just hung on the pink purchase page without going forward and giving me my lollipops.  I had to start over again.

How can we rectify this situation?   I think putting 19 gold coins back in my account would be very fair.
