Treasure chests disappear

Treasure chests have been disappearing for months.  Very disappointing. It is a rare occasion that I actually earn the treasure as they disappear as soon as I reach the game with the icon.  I've also posted the problem on the CC Facebook page and got a reply that is it a known problem but not enough to get it fixed.  Meanwhile, I miss earning all the treasure. I was given some extra boosters because of the problem.  I'm not asked for more, just that the game work correctly or stop teasing me with the faulty treasure chests. Thank you

Hello Barbara,

This is something that we are aware of as per the older threads that I guess you have been reading.

For the moment I cannot do anything other than apologise for the inconvenience.

Hopefully things will be resolved soon.
