Why does it take a week for my episodes to be unlocked?

This has been going on for weeks now and I am fed up with you guys. My friends are also catching because u lot are holding me back. Once I finish an episode i should be able to move on immediately instead of waiting for Wednesday nights to show. Can this be fixed and not reoccur as You can see I am a loyal customer who is absolutely annoyed. And give me my damn gems from my treasure boxes too please. Thank you
