Cannot advance to higher levels despite passing quests

I was on level 560 and passed it. I started playing the quests and passed all three of them, but it would not advance me to Level 561. I tried everything. It just kept kicking me back to Level 560. Finally, I deleted the app off my ipad and reinstalled it. Of course, I lost everything and had to start at Level 1 again. I made it to Level 35 and had to play quests again. I passed all 3 quests and again, it did not allow me to advance and kept kicking me back to Level 35. So, I cannot play Candy Crush any longer unless I want to play Levels 1-35 over and over and over again. I have played this game for years on my iPad mini and have never had any problems until now. If this can't be fixed, then I guess I'll just have to quit playing completely and delete it off my iPad. It's no fun to just have to replay 35 levels over and over and I'm not all that happy that I had to start all over again anyway.
