Candy crush saga progress is lost after syncing to facebook

I recently synced my progress of candy crush saga to facebook. I was at level1420 and lost all progress after syncing and im back to Level 1.

I had not used any email address to sign up.

Please fix this issue and help me get back to the level i was playing before.
