Lost all my levels

I deleted my initial facebook account "Jo Martin" that my candy crush game was linked to and didn't realize this would affect the levels my game was at. Somehow though on my ipad and my iphone my candy crush game stayed at the level I had reached. So I just never signed out of facebook on those devices when I was in the game and my levels kept going up. Then my sister signed out on my ipad candy crush game and the next time I went into it, the game had gone back to level 1. I still had my iPhone and so I continued to play at the level I had actually reached which as of June 26th. I was over the 2500 level and then we got new phones and I had to download the game again. When I opened the game, it had reverted back to the beginning again.Can you please reset my candy crush game with my facebook account "rubytuesday608@gmail.com" to the actual level I had reached. I don't want to start at the beginning again. I've been a loyal fan and player of Candy Crush for a very long time. I hope you can assist me.I have an iMac operating with Sierra Version 10.12.5. I have a new iPhone 6S Plus and I mostly play on my phone.If you need any further information, please let me know.Hoping you can help me get back to where I was over the 2500s. Thanks.Jo Martin
