"Sorry you don't have permission to the kingdom right now"

Hi King care Team, My Candy crush game is restored to level one again. When I try to connect it with Facebook account, it shows the message " Sorry you don't have access to the kingdom right now. Please try connecting again later." This is happening from last one week. Before that it was really smooth. The same game when I play on my android phone is ok and the levels I have achieved are also stored. Kindly help in this.Thanks and Regards,Kailash.
