LOST PROGRESS VERY HIGH LEVEL IPHONE 6

Hi there,

Unfortunately I am unable to register on King care to join the community as I do not have Facebook! I have lost all my levels, boosters (everything) on candy crush saga and jelly, randomly on Friday! I was on very high levels on both! I was over 2,600 on candy crush saga and way over 600 on candy crush jelly! I have checked my candy crush soda and my level has remained the same. I do not have Facebook and none of my levels has been saved. When I did go onto to my account on candy crush saga it has brought me back to 1,500+ please can you help me with this issue and restore my last level.
