Why has my game on laptop gone back to the beginning but up to date on mobile ?

I have been having problems for a while when playing facebook games on my laptop, First my game would not connect to the kingdom so i wasn't able to see anyone elses progress but my game still carried on but now the game as gone back to the beginning (1) but the game on my mobile is still up to date.

Your progress is still showing in your game account.
Can you please try the following:
1) Clear your browsers cache. Old temporary files on your computer can affect game functionality. Please see this page for instruction on clearing the cache: http://www.refreshyourcache.com/
2) Make sure your browser has been upgraded to latest version. If you want to check whether your browser is HTML5 compatible, you can check on this page https://html5test.com. If your browser achieves a score of 450 points or more, then you should be fine.

It seem to be that the problem with my games on Facebook only seems to be happening with the Chrome Browser

Then I recommend to troubleshoot this browser, check the Chrome support pages to try to resolve the issue. Or you can use a browser that functions on your computer.
