A few days ago I went to open Candy Crush Saga via Facebook on my laptop. Instead of opening as usual, it told me the game was downloading and I found I was right back to level 1. I have tried removing Candy Crush and adding it again. I have tried logging out of Facebook and back in. I have seen answers suggesting logging out of Candy Crush and back in with my email but I can't see how to do that on the laptop version. I also play Candy Crush Soda Saga and that is unaffected.
