loading issue

hello there. i've been having this loading issue since the game have been updated to new version. since that my game have not opened at all. it says loading tha's it , nothing further. i've been told to remove it then play again but nothing changed . i try using another browser but still its not loading . please help me guys .

If your able to play using Internet Explorer you should find that the old version with which you presumably had no problems will load. Alternatively you can play on the old version at king.com

thank u for reply. but i've already tried other browsers . i used to play in chrome then i tried mozila firefox. but the game is not opening .
