Where's my 6 hour color bomb?

I just earned a 2 hour game play and 6 hour color bomb.

This is at least the 3rd time I've gotten the 6 hour color bomb and it has never worked .... meaning no color bombs show up.

Am I missing something or doing something wrong?

I can't get to either one. I finished the constellation 10/10 but it won't give me the reward!
