Lost progress

I was registered on with my email address. Before updating my android app I wanted to reassure to keep my actual level (346). According to the app (and in my understanding) to lock my actual level I had to input my email address and password. I did it, and this action moved me back to level 36 with 5 golds, that was the time when I logged in firstly. I logged in all the time with email address. I tried facebook log is then, but it just coserved that status at lvl 36. I really disappointed because of this, because I was satisfied my achievement. My family members are waiting seventy-some hours for the next stage, and I have never had this problem, so I really miss my lost level and account status.

Can I get back that I lost?
