Candy Crush level 2046

on this level the licorice keeps dropping sown even if you move the frog up there to clear it out.  Hoe can I possibly get the cherries down if the licorice is always in the way?  I would appreciate some help with this.  I have done hard levels in 2 games and have already spent entirely too much time on this one that is not even supposed to be a hard level.

Here at King we are always working hard to keep our games fun and exciting. This means that from time to time we may tweak certain levels. Although this level is tricky, it is not impossible to pass, I have found a video of one of our players passing this level.
