Making a purchase requires a tap on the item, enter their App Store password or Touch ID authorisation and then reconfirm the purchase. Given that this is not a one-click process, refunds are not given in these cases.
If you do wish to try and obtain a refund then you will need to contact Apple directly as we do not have access to iTunes' Payment Systems. Please tap on the “Report a problem” link underneath the item in your purchase receipt from iTunes, which you should have received via email.

You may want to consider deactivating your Touch ID authorisation for in-app purchases. To do this follow these steps:
Go to Settings and find Touch ID and Password
Now enter your pin code
Deactivate Touch ID for iTunes & App Store by sliding the bar to the left.
