I play Candy Crush on facebook, and have reached 1550, and there are no further levels to play

I play Candy Crush via facebook and have reached 1550, and there are no further levels for me to play.  This is on a Windows laptop.  Anything I can do or is it time to delete the game?

This did not solve my problem. The game looks different than it did. It looks like it does when it is played on a tablet or phone. Looks and acts different than what it use to playing via Facebook.
