Can I restore progress

I was at level 965 on candy crush . New phone and lost all progress. Old phone is wiped so I can not retrieve anything. I never logged in to face book or email. I will now, but is there any way I can possibly be warped back to where I was? I can barely bring myself to play again having to start back at level 1. Please help if possible
