i successfully completed the 6 level universal love cakewalk TWICE and did not receive boosters

You are supposed to receive 4x each booster each time you complete the cake walk. I completed it twice, and both times I hit the claim prize button but did not receive the bonuses either time. I am quite frustrated as I spent quite a few lives and bonuses to win this thinking I had a chance to win the boosters back plus more, but then received nothing. I would like to get my bonuses please!! What should I do?
