Lost progress on level 2436

I completed level 2436 and the game went into a chain reaction that took my score over 11 million and then an error popped up and now it has me back on that level.  I purchased gold to finish this level and now I have to start over again! I want this level to show completed or a refund of the gold and boosters I used to complete the level - I have a video of the completed level as it was adding points.
