Sugar Drop issues HTML5

When my sugar drops are close to 180, if I collected too many in one level, the lottery screen will freeze for several minutes then go directly to "Level passed" screen. And I don't know what happens during that time. 

For example, now I have 175 sugar drops. I collected 35 drops in one level. (175 + 35 > 180 + 24)  After finishing that level, it stuck at 180 sugar drop lottery screen for a long time then nothing happens. Eight hours later, if I'm still playing, it will stuck at 24 sugar drop lottery screen again. During that time, I don't know whether I have got rewards or not. 

It only appear at HTML5 version. I know in the Flash version if I collect too many sugar drops before 180, the next round will start from 23.

I suggest you try the following steps:

1) Try a force refresh of the page - hold down CTRL and press F5 to refresh the page.

2) Try emptying the browser cache - please see this page: http://www.refreshyourcache.com/ 

3) Try the game in another browser - for instance Google Chrome or Firefox

4) Make sure you have other tabs closed

5) Try disabling any plugins and extensions in your browser

6) Check if your Antivirus and/or Firewall settings is affecting the game

Also I suggest you try the game on King.com. Please follow this step by step instruction on how to sync your game progress between Facebook and King.com:

1) Go to King.com and login, then click on settings (cog wheel, top right corner of screen)

2) Choose Account

3) Enter your password

4) Click on Synchronizing/ Connect to Facebook

5) Click on the two arrows to initiate the sync
