I used a $5 Facebook credit within Candy Crush but I did not get the $5 worth of gold bars.

I used a Facebook game credit in Candy Crush but no gold bars were received.  Now it doesn't let me even purchase anything.  So I lost the $5 Facebook credit and can not purchase gold bars either??
