Hi Candy Crush,

I did NOT hit claim reward when i won 6 hr unlimited lives +other rewards...  But the counter must have started bc I was unable to use the 6 hrs or other rewards...

I did NOT hit claim reward when I won 6 hr unlimited lives! But the counter started & I couldn't use ANY because I couldn't play anymore at that time. I did leave that screen up on my phone so when I came back i could play those hours. I was playing Candy Crush Saga...  I had just won 1st place in toffee Island contest...

The game should NOT automatically start the timer until you hit "claim reward".

Please help!

    Hi Mrukitty!

    Sounds like the timer somehow started once you won the timer.

    Did you receive your boosters or what happened to them?
