why doesn't the tooth fairy work and when I search for answers there's only :check your inbox: ?

I mean really, I like this game and everything but the tooth fairy was supposed to unlock level 20 days ago. I searched the help feature and everyone who asked this was only told "check your inbox" well I checked my inbox and guess what? no solution for me, what goes?
