When I try to log into facebook from the game it tells me i dont have access to the kingdom.i try again same message. I can't send any lives or receive any

Sounds like there's an issue with the connection from your game to Facebook.
Try the steps shown on this thread:
Android: https://care.king.com/en/candy-crush-saga/lost-your-connection-to-facebook-android
iOS: https://care.king.com/en/candy-crush-saga/lost-your-connection-to-facebook-ios
Once you have the connection back you should be able to connect correctly to Facebook.
