Hi!
If you don't get an error message when sending the password reset then the email should be OK and on its way to you. Don't forget to check your spam folder in case the email lands there.

No error and I still haven't received a password reset I request for one weeks before I contact you. I check my spam and everything. Still need the password reset. As a matter of fact I'm going to request one again right nowHi!
