Sent requested to my son and wife for tickets to advance to the next world and didnt received them after they click on the request to send them.

Sounds like there's an issue with the connection from your game to Facebook.

Try the steps shown on this thread:

Once you have the connection back you should be able to send and receive help without any issues.
