how do I retrieve lost levels?

I purchased a new iphone 7 but candy crush was not stored in the icloud, although all my other games and apps were.  I was on level 400 and now I'm back to level 1. I erased and re-downloaded all apps 3 times but cannot retrieve my candy crush game level. I do not play from facebook and app was purchased thru itunes app store.

Once again, there is no envelope to click on. Please make sure you send me a private message which I can access. I am annoyed that the people at King are making this so difficult to resolve!
