Issue with candy cruch saga with tablet

I cannot download the new version of candy crush saga in the appl store in France. I was asked to go to the Swiss store but I do not want to change my store. Why the new version of candy crush saga is not available in France?Thank for you help

Please check for updates for your iPad and its iOS version, as well as the Candy Crush Saga app.

Restart your iPad afterwards and try again. If you keep experiencing an issue, then please let me know what model iPad you are using, the iOS version you got installed on it as well as the Candy Crush Saga app version.
