Level 2534 layout change!

Hi, Can you please tell me why the layout has changed for level 2534.  It is now showing 25 moves instead of 35, has 18 blockers on the board at the beginning of the level instead of a clear board as shown in all video tutorials and the fish do not eat the yellow candies! Is this a technical issue as it is impossible to complete with the new layout. It is the same on my android phone and on facebook platform. Thanks
