Not receiving email to reset password

I changed phones and when I installed the Candy Soda and Jelly Crush, I did not remember my password. I have sent several requests through the app to reset my password but have not yet received any links.

I have:

Unistalled and Re-installed app

Checked my spam folder (nothing there)

Tried signing in through my facebook acct, but since I never did it before, it brings me back to level 1.

Clicked the help button in the app and send them a message through there. Those messages they have responded to, but with generic info that is of NO help.

I have the apps saved with my progress and I am able to play in my tablet, but I can't updated it in my phone. When I have tried to go into my account in my tablet (which has my progress showing), it still asks me for the password, which I do not remember! ugh

What else can I do?
