I'm missing my boosters because I had to reboot my system

Hey I hope you can help me again. I got locked out of my iPad mini and lost the gifts that were given to me when I hit 2000 level. I'm missing the flying saucer, the paint brush, a hand, the check marks, the fish. I also lost 21 donuts, 3 colour bombs and 2 mixed candies. I also purchased 9 lollipops on the iPad and then 3 on my iPhone because they didn't link together. I think I have all the gold bricks I won, I'm not sure about that won. Please help Thank you
