SO FRUSTRATED.

I have not been able to play the new levels for the last 3 weeks. The new episode loads every Wednesday as usual, and I can see the levels... but I can't play them. It appears I haven't received my "ticket" to the next land.. I am stuck at the end of Crunchy Comet even though I can see Meringue Mansion, Fabulous Fair, and as of this morning, Cocoa Grove. PLEASE help. I have even uninstalled the game multiple times and still nothing. I'm playing on a Samsung Galaxy S8. THANK YOU!

    Hi Logpfeif,

    The new levels are now blank, you have to just click on the next level, it looks as though you're not able to move. 

    Have you tried just clicking on the circle, at least that's what I had to do.

    Well,  we gotta get you playing again. Are your updates are up to par? Have you checked your play store for any new ones? Are you having trouble getting tickets to crossover?

    I have updated, uninstalled, check my software version on my phone, and everything else I can think of. Usually when I complete the world, I am automatically granted a ticket to the next one... but this time I am stuck on the boat icon like I don't have a ticket to crossover to the next world. But I can see all of the levels! I just cant play them....

    I'm sorry to hear you're still having trouble with the game. I will get a king care moderator to help you with your account because I'm not sure what's going on with the world's because I don't have that feature on my game so look for a message in your inbox in the upper right corner or a reply here.

    Or if you were able to fix this in the meantime let me know too!

    I would LOVE to have a moderators help.. that is kind of what I have been waiting for! I appreciate your help with all of this so much... tomorrow it will be a month I have not been able to play! :(

    Hi all,

    I'm asking for my mother as she is the one who is stuck between the end of Fabulous Fair and the start of Cocoa Cove. It appears as if the levels are opened but the train won't move on. Tapping the levels also doesn't work. 

    Shes using a refurbished iPhone 6 and all software is up to date. 

    Would love some help on this as she's driving me mad not being able to play!

    Hello Dearbhla,

    Thank you for contacting King Care! I know you said the software is up to date but is the actual Candy Crush up to date? Go to the iTunes Store and find Candy Crush and check for an update.  I don't see any other reason as to why she can't move on.

    Thanks for your response. Yes the software and app is up to date, all apps are set to update automatically.
