Unlike the video, the coconut wheels do not destroy the licorice. Without using boosters (or some benefiting from profound luck) there is no way to win this level. Other people have posted the same question, but there are no responses that suggest a resolution.
When I watched the video, I was surprised when it showed the coconut wheels taking out the licorice swirls simply by rolling over them. This has never happened before when I play. Please refrain from posting videos that do not depict how the game works for us mere mortals. It's misleading.
