levels not loading properly! please help

i bought a new device and synced my progress from my old account to facebook. i have downloaded it on my new phone and its not loading any levels. i have reset the data cache and logged back into facebook. i have uninstalled the game and reinstalled it and still have the same problem. please help spent years on this game and money too .. i was way over level 1600
