Why is level 2693 not letting me clear to the next level.

To whom it may concern,
I have recently been attempting to complete level 2693. I spend 100 coins attempting to pass this level on two separate occasions. On these occasions, I was able to pass this level. But, for some reason, the candy continued to keep coming in and my score kept going up to well over 2 million before I finally had to try to get out of the level. I also was able to pass the level without using coins to continue. This happened again and I was not allowed to move to the next level. I am very frustrated as I am far into the candy crush game and I spent a lot of money trying to pass this level and move on.
Please help me pass this level correctly and I would like my 100 coins reimbursed.

passed this level four times on 3 devices. Not moving on. e mailed King three times. Not going to play this level forever. they have to do something.
