Can someone please explain the support system for king as I'm confused.one they never ever ever reply to emails all they do is send the same automated message every time.this is by far the lamest support group for a game I've ever seen.which is a shame considering last year king made 17 billion dollars.you'd think their support system would be top notch with replies from actual humans.its sad that a billion dollar company has to make their costumers answer questions of other customers.with all the money they made you'd think they could afford to hire a top notch support team who answers people questions with an actual human being instead of the same lame auto response.and please please please for the love of God tell us what the gold crowns do as they said I'd receive a special reward for crowning a level yet I have not seen a single reward please help explain thank you
