Cannot re-install Candy Crush Saga on ZTE Z798BL with Android 6.0.1

I have emptied Cache & Data for Facebook and Google Play Store, and then in-installed Facebook & Candy Crush because unable to connect Candy Crush to Facebook. Now I'm unable to re-install Candy Crush - error 491. HELP!!!
