I've been waiting for over a week for this to be sorted and there has been no help, guidance, update or communication about this on the main thread . I'm stuck between episodes as is a number of other people . Please can you communicate what is happening or offer some suggestion on how we can fix it

I am also stuck after beating level 2360. I have tried to re install the app several times but it still remains stuck after a week. Please help!!
