Level 2471 seems to be poorly designed. It requires player to collect 10 icings within 11 moves. However, the magic mixer can make 3 icings every 3 moves--it means that, all in all, it can make only 9 icings in 11 moves. So it is impossible to finish this level at all. Please either decrease the number of icings player needs to collect or increase the number of moves to make this level passable.
