Game frozen 100+ levels behind. Won’t let me move forward.

I was at level 1500+ and it reset me to level 1485. I tried all troubleshooting. Nothing works.Everyone who asked these questions got private replies. Been broken for weeks and I haven’t gotten any replies on posts.
