Game won’t allow progress and reset by 150+ levels

I was at level 1500+ and it reset me to level 1485. I tried all troubleshooting. App and phone are up to date. Nothing works.Everyone who asked these questions got private replies. Been broken for 3 weeks and I haven’t gotten any replies on posts. This is the 5th post.
