The webpage says the connection was reset, or stuck on a skyblue loading page. No use of F5 or clearing browser cache, etc. However, I see on the status bar of the browser "TLS connection was successful", before the issue occurs.
"Can not verify whether the data received was secure or not". That's the error message if connection was reset.
Note: I have no problem connecting other HTTPS sites, i.e. Google, Facebook, etc.
