Level 2799 took my gold bars but didn't give extra time

I was just playing level 2799 on king.com and at the end of the game when I used 10 gold bars for extra time, it took my gold bars but did not give any extra time, just went straight to the end again. I then played the same level on Facebook Gameroom and made it through with added boosters. There was no offer to use boosters on king.com. Can you please reinstate my 10 gold bars that I lost?

They need to fix this,12 moves don't work.i have not received my free spin in like 4 days.why....and had a 6 hours and never got the either.sick of a game
