Sync Facebook progress to King.com

I'm currently playing Candy Crush level 2795 via the Windows 10 app on my PC and this is synced with Facebook - but on king.com I'm only on level 2283. I've followed the steps given in several threads in an attempt to rectify this but nothing has worked. In my account settings on king.com it says "you have already synced your progress". Please can you tell me how to get king.com to mirror Facebook? If I have to open a new king.com account then how do I do that? Many thanks, Carole

Every single time i get the boost it will crash the game in max ten games saying that i encountered a mistake which we are fixing… altought this has been on for MONTHS. ive spend gold and items to boost my levels just because i have this boost just to lose it on your freaking bug… WHEN ARE U GONNA FIX IT
