Sync Facebook progress to King.com

I'm currently playing Candy Crush level 2795 via the Windows 10 app on my PC and this is synced with Facebook - but on king.com I'm only on level 2283. I've followed the steps given in several threads in an attempt to rectify this but nothing has worked. In my account settings on king.com it says "you have already synced your progress". Please can you tell me how to get king.com to mirror Facebook? If I have to open a new king.com account then how do I do that? Many thanks, Carole

Hello CP13- Welcome to the community. Please see this blog here for the steps to follow if you need to sync your levels.
The Blog includes lots of steps on how to fix this problem yourself :-)
If you are not able to sync your own levels, please see the contact form at the end of the Blog, be sure to select "Lost Progress" as the reason of contact.
